    We want you to be completely satisfied with GridMinds. This policy outlines when refunds are available and how to request them.
  

1. Free Trial

✅ GridMinds offers a 14-day free trial with full Professional plan access. No credit card is required to start your trial. We strongly encourage you to evaluate the platform before subscribing.

2. Monthly Subscriptions — Refund Eligibility

✅ Full refund within 7 days of first payment if you have not generated more than 3 proposals or exported any data.

✅ Pro-rata refund if the platform experiences downtime exceeding 24 continuous hours in a billing month.

❌ No refund after 7 days of subscription if the platform has been actively used.

❌ No refund for partial months when you cancel mid-cycle — access continues until end of period.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email hello@gridminds.cloud with subject: "Refund Request — [Your Email]"
Include your registered email, payment date, and reason for refund
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days via original payment method
Razorpay processing fees (if any) may be deducted from refund amount

4. Enterprise Plans

Enterprise plan refunds are handled case-by-case. Please contact your dedicated account manager or email hello@gridminds.cloud for any billing disputes.

5. Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues preventing access to core features, contact us immediately at hello@gridminds.cloud. We will either resolve the issue within 48 hours or provide a pro-rata credit to your account.
